About Me

I am a UKCP Accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, fully insured and currently accepting new adult clients in person or online.

Professional Background

Before training as a therapist, I worked in primary education, laterally establishing an educational consultancy business working with educational and government organisations, museums, science centres, visitor attractions and businesses across Scotland.

My therapeutic experience includes work at the Tom Allan Centre, Glasgow, Glasgow University Counselling & Psychological Services and First Psychology Edinburgh & Borders.

I trained in Gestalt psychotherapy at the Edinburgh Gestalt Institute and have, for the last number of years, been working with clients in private practice. I continue to engage in ongoing professional development in areas such as trauma, attachment and relational process.

I am a fully accredited member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and a member of the Gestalt Psychotherapy & Training Institute (GPTI)
